Last May I was looking for trainer who would help me lose some unwanted body fat and improve my overall body strength. Tom reached out, explained his methods, and we've been training ever since. I really liked the fact that he's also a boxing coach since I've always wanted to learn how to box. I had no prior boxing experience before meeting Tom; he is extremely patient and is able to guide me through each step. I am now just starting to spar and feel that my boxing training has drastically improved. For strength training Tom showed me how to use Kettle Bells and Club bells; I must say I enjoy these workouts much more than the typical weight training workouts because they focus on using your entire body and not just one part. It's been about 8 months since training with Tom and overall my strength and core have drastically improved as well as gaining a good amount of muscle (almost to the point where I am able to complete my first pull up) If you're in looking to improve body and overall health then going with Tom is a no-brainer!
